SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are handled and shipped from our workshop in Marbella. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days from the order date and will be shipped the next day after the processing day. Orders placed on Friday or the last business day of the week after 1:00 p.m. will be processed on the first following business day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
Once shipped, we will send you tracking information to track the order, and you will receive the package as soon as possible, depending on the type of shipping chosen at the time of the order. We are not responsible for delays or setbacks that may occur once the package is entrusted to the transport company.
The prices shown on our site include the rates and taxes applicable in Spain, which means that we cannot be responsible for any additional duties and taxes that may be in force in other regions. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination, and is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department. For more details about the charges, please contact your local customs office.
RETURN POLICY
Items purchased on iconikx.com can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the shipment in most cases. During this period, you can test the product and review it as if it compares to a physical product.
The product developed must be in the same conditions as the receipts and without any type of damage. Please note that the product in your package must be sealed. If you decide to share the articles, you will need to communicate with us about the contact form on our web page, or use the request form that will continue. You can also contact us if you want to devolve yourself by sending an email to info@ikonikx.com.
Please note that you must send the items back within 14 days of informing us.
After we receive your return shipment, we will inspect the returned items and begin processing your refund. The money will be returned to the original payment method you used during the purchase, unless you prefer otherwise. The refund will be paid within 14 days. You will have to cover the return shipping costs yourself.
The following types of items cannot be returned: Products that have been custom made to the buyer's specifications. such as: Bags, t-shirts, and other products personalized specifically for the client, and once returned, they cannot be used by anyone. For example, personalized products with specific phrases, initials, names, images, other distinctive signs or words.
This right of return does not apply when purchasing as a business (commercial contract between companies).
